Using LiveMath to Enhance Word
Processing documents, |
1. Create the LiveMath notebook
containing the mathematics that you would like to have in your
document.
Turn off the icons and step descriptions if desired.

2. To capture all the steps
at once, click the mouse to the left of the first step. All of the steps
that are indented to the right will be captured also. They will appear highlighted. |

3. From the menu click
Edit, Copy as Picture (or use Ctrl F). |

4. Open the document and click on Edit, Paste, or Ctrl V. The symbolically correct mathematics, (as shown) will appear in the document and can be resized and repositioned as desired. | ![]() |
5. The same procedure can be
used for graphs. On the right is the notebook with the highlights. |

and function embedded in the document. Of course, the icons could have been turned off before copying. |
